SUMMARY :

This position works to
facilitate
patient flow and ensure
accurate
and complete medical record for each patient.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accompany physician into patient examination room
  in order to
  transcribe a history and physical exam, and document accurately the physician’s encounter with patient and others present.
• List all proper diagnoses and symptoms as well as follow up instructions as dictated by the physician.
• Transcribes patient orders including laboratory test, radiology tests, medications,
  etc.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education and/or experience:
  Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certificates, licenses and registrations required
  : Proof of current COVID-19 vaccination.
• Computer skills required :
  Internet Software
  ;
  Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook
  ); and EMR.
• Other skills required :
  Acute attention to detail; bi-lingual skills are a plus but not
  required
  .
